Özsüt's menu, which changes twice a year in summer and winter, offers pastry, milk and sherbet desserts, bakery products, ice cream, cream, chocolate, coffee, Turkish and international cuisine at all times of the day.

No flavor on the menu contains any preservative ingredients. Only the freshest farm milk is used daily in özsüt. The comfort and health of the animals on the farm is controlled by Özsüt himself and the compliance of all conditions with EU standards is monitored.

Seasonal and natural products add a distinct flavor to the menu. Lemons growing in the sun of the Mediterranean, blackberries of tire, strawberries of Emiralem are just a few of these.
